This policy brief will answer three key questions. First, why is a WPS agenda required in the CAR? Second, how will the WPS agenda be implemented in the CAR during the conflict, and in a post-conflict setting? Third, is the timing right for a complex gender reform? This policy brief will answer these questions by analysing the context surrounding the issue and offering policy recommendations.
