This survey examines the poverty situation in Malawi. Food security is one of the main problems in Malawi according to the survey. However this is not the only problem that Malawians face. The list of most important problems reveal that most of the issues that feature highly relate to basic needs or social services and includes issues like water supply, ill-health and education.
