This policy brief is based on the views of the inhabitants of communities with respect to their experiences on the implementation of the Amnesty programme in the rural communities of the Niger Delta Region. The results of the impact of qualitative surveys is presented in this policy brief. It also presents the recommendations the community members provided to improve the implementation of the amnesty programme and the development of their communities.
