Policing in South Africa 2010 and Beyond

“Dr Cilliers officially opened the workshop and began his presentation by noting the many exciting developments in policing in the recent past, starting with the appointment of the Honourable Minister Nathi Mthethwa and the National Commissioner of Police, General Bheki Cele. He reflected that their appointments had contributed to a new dynamic in the police service.
