Observance of the Rule of Law in Mozambique

The briefing paper examines the extent to which Mozambiqans regard the success of the implementation of the rule of Law in Mozambique. It also analysis the degree to which Mozambicans feel that officials and citizens are punished when they do not adhere to the law and whether government ignore the constitution or laws. The greatest challenges in Africa’s democratic reform process is the effectiveness of the rule of law.
