SADCC, and will then go on to discuss the business climate in these countries. There are three appendices, a map to help locate
the countries and major trade routes, a tabular representation of investment incentives and the business climate in the various countries and an example of a list of investment opportunities. The paper will not, despite the title, include all the SADCC
countries, as Angola and Tanzania are regarded as peripheral and are therefore excluded.”
