Vincent Tohbi is a graduate of the National Administration School and the University of Cote d'Ivoire. He has worked in various African countries on governance issues, and has published research and articles on elections, conflict prevention mechanisms and anti-corruption. He is presently the EISA Resident-Director in the DRC.
