Chida Mudadi

Chida Mudadi is a holder of Masters Degree in Peace and Governance from Africa University (AU) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from University of South Africa (UNISA). In an effort to improve his professional skills, he has also undertaken training in non-profit project management, water and sanitation, proposal writing, team building and gender equality. Continued self-study through research, analysis of global socio-economic and political development trends through the media and review of secondary literature have contributed to my good appreciation and grasp of national, regional and international processes of change and development in natural resource governance sector which is the domain of CRD work.

China is currently working with the Center for Research and Development (CRD) as a Programme Manager. This is a multi-function position central to the attainment of CRD’s strategic objectives as it involves work in all the key programme areas namely: research, advocacy, information and communication, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation and development of funding proposals.

Before joining the CRD, he worked with Zimbabwe Developing Communities Programme (ZDCP) from 2006-2011 as District Facilitator. His role involved advising communities on implementation and participation in development projects in the district both soft and hard projects, providing training in leadership, conflict management, gender equality and advocacy for disadvantaged communities in Chipinge district, Manicaland province Zimbabwe.
