Rich Chere is a Conflict Transformation and Organization Development Consultant working for Centre for Conflict Management & Transformation (Zimbabwe) as a Consultancy Officer. Rich heads a consultancy department that is responsible for staff capacity building and consultancy services to external clients. For over 4 years, Rich has been training district leadership, communities and organizations in conflict transformation, conflict sensitive programming, mediation and sustained dialogue. In addition, he has facilitated dialogues on live conflict issues. He has also been assisting organizations with teambuilding processes and strategic planning.
