Currently a researcher and lecturer at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre in Accra, Dr. Okai was formerly a part-time lecturer at the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana. He holds a B.A. Mphil. and a PhD. in political science from the University of Ghana.
