    Milly is an Assistant Commissioner of Research at the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and an ICTD researcher.

    She is also the URA Representative/chairperson on the research and planning subcommittee of the East Africa Revenue Authorities Technical Committee.

    She co-authored an ICTD research titled “Unitary Taxation in Federal and Regional Integrated Markets”
