Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR)
The Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR) is a semi-autonomous Think-Tank whose mandate is to conduct research and analysis primarily, but not exclusively for policy formulation, implementation and monitoring. Established by the Government Republic of Zambia (G.R.Z) with the support of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) in 2009, the Institute supports the Government, the private sector, civil society and other stakeholders in Zambia on evidence-based policy through conducting primary and secondary research.
