"Uongozi" means leadership in Kiswahili, and inspiring and strengthening leadership is the core purpose of our organization. Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, the Uongozi Institute is dedicated to supporting African leaders to attain sustainable development for their nations and for Africa.
