Graduated with BSc and MSc degrees in Chemistry and did a PhD in Environmental Chemistry at Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria. Has worked in Renewable Energy research for several years at Scientific and Industrial Research Development Centre (SIRDC). Has been involved in research, development and commercialization of technologies for environmental remediation including wastewater treatment. An accomplished academic and researcher with several publications in international journals with vast experience in managing projects and programmes.
