Apartheid under pressure: An address by H F Oppenheimer

In his address to the Foreign Policy Association Mr. Harry Oppenheimer explained the South African government’s policy of Apartheid and what the implications of this policy had been on the people of South Africa and how the changes to Apartheid came about. He also points out that economic sanctions will not solve the issue as the people that should be protected from apartheid will be hurting the most. He comes to the conclusion that moral disapproval will be a fairly effective method in itself.
